About these terms
This website is operated by AUH2O Pty Ltd (ACN 703 768 192), trading as AUBACWATER (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Delivery & returns information and our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. We deliver within Australia only.
Products and intended use
Read the product description, the selected pack and the intended-use information before you buy. Products with similar names or volumes are not interchangeable.
Our own-label bacteriostatic water is supplied for laboratory use. It is not for injection or infusion, not for human or veterinary administration, and must not be ingested. Hospira bacteriostatic water is a separately labelled manufacturer presentation; follow its own product information. Syringes, swabs and sharps containers are single-use items; follow the instructions on their packaging.
Product images illustrate the range. Rely on the label and specifications of the item you receive. Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary or clinical advice.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. Until then we may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, we cannot deliver to the address given, or we suspect fraud or misuse. We may also limit quantities per order.
We email you a receipt when your payment is confirmed and let you know when your order is dispatched.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not currently charged. The price shown is the price you pay, plus delivery. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you complete checkout.
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored by us. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimates are set out on our Delivery & returns page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us, and title passes once we have received payment in full.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by using a product contrary to its label or intended use, by delays or failures outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Using this website
The content of this site, including its text, images and the AUBACWATER name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it to shop with us, but not copy it for other purposes. Don’t use the site unlawfully, interfere with how it works, or submit false information or another person’s details through our forms. We may restrict access to protect the site and other users.
General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
