Two tracked services cover every state and territory; the charge depends on the order subtotal and express is free from the threshold. Estimates run from dispatch on a business day and are the carrier's, not a promise. Check the label, count and lot details before you put a delivery away.
Two services and one threshold
Delivery is within Australia only. Both services are tracked where the carrier provides tracking, and the charge is calculated from the order subtotal and shown at checkout before you pay. From the threshold, express becomes the only option and costs nothing, so an order just under it can cost more delivered than an order just over it.

Orders are dispatched on business days. The estimates above are the carrier's typical transit times from the day of dispatch; they are not guaranteed, and a weekend or public holiday between payment and dispatch adds to the calendar time. Regional and remote addresses can take longer than the ranges shown.
The same two services are used for every state and territory: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory. A Perth or Darwin order is placed and charged the same way as a Sydney one; the difference is the transit time within the carrier's range.
Check the address carefully at checkout. A parcel returned to us for an incomplete or incorrect address is re-delivered after we contact you, and a further delivery charge may apply.

What to check when the parcel arrives
Vials are checked against the order before they go into storage. Keep the packaging until you have finished.
- Confirm the brand, product name and vial volume on each label against the order.
- Count the vials and compare the count with the packs ordered: a pack of five is five separate vials.
- Record the lot or batch number and the expiry date from the label.
- Note any damaged packaging, unclear label or missing item separately, and keep those items apart from usable stock.
- If something is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing, contact us as soon as you can, ideally within seven days of delivery, with the order reference and photos; do not open or use the affected item, and do not post anything back until we have confirmed the arrangements.
Returns and refunds
Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items are replaced or refunded, including any return postage, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. Separately, unopened items that are still sealed and in their original condition can be returned if you contact us within the change-of-mind window stated on the delivery and returns page; return postage is at your cost and the original delivery charge is not refunded. Opened or unsealed vials, syringes, swabs and sharps containers cannot be returned for change of mind. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
